Day 11, The Disco
Sorry for the delay but as Inigo has said it was too late for writing a blog and at Saturday we had to wake up at 6.45am for going to London. In few words the Friday was one of the most boring days of all the week, both classes had to fill a revision text and I had to write a blog about our trip to Salisbury and Stonehenge with a Madrilian friend called Ernesto. Gaizka spent most of the Friday playing to games, quite interesting way of learning English isn't it? After having our traditional lunch in the park we supposedly had to go shopping to Clifton, a very expensive area. But democratically, we decided to go to the Cabot Circus. Although we did not buy anything do not worry about the gifts, we have a long time. The only thing we did like for 2 hours was taking a Costa's Coffee or in my case a creamy cooler of raspberry and white chocolate whilst we were doing some sudokus and having some fun. Then Gaizka bought two video games for the Xbox for the amazing price of £24. Far Cry 3 and Skyrim. At 7 we arrived at the Disco and we were quite impressed by the shirt that people were wearing, people spent money and time preparing the clothes for that "disco". Well, Gaizka wore a new t-shirt he bought that afternoon in the Primark. At least there were some drinks in the disco, because apart from that it was a total joke. At 10 we had dinner with Inigo's friend David the Catalan, it was Gaizka's first experience in a Chinese restaurant so he did not eat too much, the highlight of meal was the spicy chicken. Despite my vast taste it was quite spicy. Not kidding, Gaizka only took a piece of chicken and almost started crying. David and I were the brave ones who took most, we were even soaking the chicken in his sauce.
